Welcome to the 2018-2019 Season Registration with De Pere Youth Hockey!
The Wisconsin Amateur Hockey Association (WAHA) and USA Hockey have adopted online registration that requires parents to register each skater’s name and address for each season and pay a registration fee directly to USA Hockey. This is in addition to completing the De Pere Youth Hockey registration forms and fees.
When completing your registration, please provide your e-mail
address(es) for the organization to use for communication needs throughout the season.
Print a copy of your USA Hockey receipt which shows the registration Confirmation number and mail it to the address below. Payment of $150 for each skater can be made with a check mailed with your USA Hockey receipt, paid online with "Registration" in the invoice box (see link on website), or utilize Scrip credit (see below).
The deposit will be applied to the participation fees for the season. The deposit check will be cashed and is nonrefundable after September 1st. HIP skaters are not required to pay a registration deposit.
Attend one of the two scheduled parent meeting sessions. Sessions will be scheduled to occur later in September. Check back for dates, location and times.
Complete the following forms and submit them with payment at the parent meeting (date and time TBA):
Note: Everyone will need to fill out the Medical History Form and submit it at the Registration Meeting.
Note: Tryout Evaluation is required for Squirt, Pee Wee and Bantam players only
NOTE: If this is your first year with De Pere Youth Hockey, please bring your child's birth certificate to the parent meeting for birth year verification and complete the WAHA birth record form
All participants will be required to pay participation fees. Fees are updated yearly at the August Board Meeting. The 2018-2019 Fees are yet to be determined. These were the 2017-18 Season Fees as a reference:

Payment of Fees:
At the parents meeting you will receive an invoice and will be required to pay the season fees. (If you have Scrip Credit available, the Scrip Credit will be utilized against your 2018-2019 fees on the invoice). You can pay this either in one payment or in a 3 month installment plan. Below are the payment options:
Forfeiture of Fees:
Should a player leave DPYH after tryouts, 1/3 of the fee amount will be forfeited.
The Recreation Scholarship Program has been established to provide youth in the City of De Pere the opportunity to participate in recreation programs offered by the Park, Recreation & Forestry Department, regardless of financial status. Through the generous support of local service organizations and community members, the City of De Pere is able to help people overcome financial barriers to participation in city recreation programs.

A $150 postdated check will be collected from each family at the time of the mandatory parent meeting. The postdated check should be dated March 31 of the season ending year. (EX: For the 2018-2019 season, the check should be dated March 31, 2019) At season end your $150 check will be returned to you or shredded if ALL of the following are complete:
If any registration fees are outstanding, any volunteer OR any fundraising requirements have not been met, your check will be cashed.
